Áltima wants to introduce itself to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technology, to help size its capabilities and optimise the recommendation of its products and services to customers. It seeks to analyse the typology of buyers, grouping the different potential profiles and identifying buying patterns. Àltima wants to provide its sales managers with a tool that allows them, in real time, to obtain a report of the purchasing preferences of the deceased’s relatives and suggest the most likely products and services to purchase.
