OBJECTIVES

OBJECTIVES

Santander Global Tech, the driving force behind the bank’s digital transformation, is convinced of the value that new technologies bring to the business and, above all, to users, people and communities. In this context, it is promoting several projects, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), SAGA models, APIfication solutions to monetise assets and serverless architectures.

RESULTS

RESULTS

  • Maximising the benefits of process automation in the business environment
  • Integrity in distributed transactions over microservices
  • Monetisation of APIs through API-ified microservices, creating a marketplace of APIs to offer services externally or internally and charge Santander’s businesses for use.
  • Overall cost savings due to the development of the API service offered in one go, available on the platform through which the APIs are shared.
  • Cost savings also thanks to the new Cloud approach
THE SOLUTION
